June Favourites

I can't believe that it is already July! Where on earth is the time going? It just seems to be whizzing past before my eyes and it's so scary!! 6 days into July and I'm quite late with sharing my favourite things for June. I'm sure I've probably missed a few things off! This was supposed to be up last Thursday, but I got so sidetracked with a million and one other things, that I had to put it off for a little while.

This is my first "favourites" post, I've been wanting to do one for ages, but I always, always forget.

Argan Oil Shampoo and Conditioner - £1 each

I've been loving these for a while. I first spotted them back in February sometime in HomeBargains at 99p each - bargain. I love argan oil products because it does wonders for your hair. I just picked it up thinking "oh its cheap, but lets give it a go" and honestly, it was the best decision. It makes my hair feel so soft!! It works a treat especially because I use heat on my hair - a lot! It's not expensive and now I don't know why I spent £5 on shampoo and the same again on conditioner in brands, when you can buy just as good hair wash for so much less!!

Possibility - Vanilla Crème Brûlée 3 in 1 Shower Gel - £1.25

I picked this up at a beauty outlet store back at the beginning of June. It has 3 purposes; a) shower gel, b) shampoo, c) bubble bath. It smells absolutely amazing, leaving you smelling wonderful. I like how it also comes with a recipe to make a real Crème Brûlée on the front of the bottle.

No7 Beautiful Skin, Hot Cloth Cleanser - £9.95

I picked this up in Boots and I really like it. It's gentle on my skin and cleans very well. The cloth it comes with, gives your skin a gentle exfoliate, taking away all the nasty stuff. It doesn't make my skin hurt which I've found a lot of products have done previously.

Estée Lauder - Day Wear Moisturiser - £42

This is by far the priciest product that I have but I think that it's well worth the money. I currently only have a little testing pot of it but I know I will invest in a larger pot soon. It makes my skin feel very soft and very smooth. It completely rehydrates it, which I want as my skin tends to get extremely dry. It smells of cucumbers and as I'm a fan of them, I love it.

Real Time - Black Emotion - £4

I picked this perfume up at a Beauty outlet store because it was said to be a dupe of YSL - Black Opium, which I completely adored during May (after having a little sample). But seeing as that was £60, I couldn't afford to buy it! So when I came across this bottle and smelt it, I was so happy! It smelt just like what it was supposed to and seeing as it was 4 times cheaper, I had to get it. It stays on all day! I'm really happy with this purchase.

Estée Lauder Double Wear - £30

My absolute favourite foundation EVER! It goes on really nicely, doesn't feel heavy and does stay in place! Working as a waitress gets quite hot and sweaty, so this foundation is perfect. I really do love the feel of it on my skin and the lady colour matched me perfectly - so I don't have a foundation line! The tiniest bit goes a long way! The only problem I have with it is that it doesn't have a pump, therefore I often get too much out of the bottle/struggle with getting it out!

Clinique Blush Powder in Pink Love - £22

This actually came free in one of the bonus time bags they sometimes do. I really like this colour and the shimmer in it too. (I'm annoyed because my thumb nail went straight into it and left a horrible mark!!) I've been using it for a while, but have been really loving it this month especially!

Bourjois - Felt-tip eyeliner in black -  £6.99

I love it!! It's so easy to use and the application process makes drawing eyeliner a lot easier! I prefer it to gel or liquid liner. It is just like holding a pen, meaning you have more control over it. I can finally draw on winged liner without it looking too odd!!

Maybelline - Master Sculpt Contour - £6.99

For my first ever contouring kit, it was a good purchase. I really like the colours of it and it's easy to use, especially when first starting out. I didn't want to buy anything too expensive and never use it! I'm always worried however, that I'll be orange! I'm still learning how to use it properly!

Tangle Teezer £10.50

This was the best thing I've ever been given! I love it to bits - having naturally curly hair means that I get a lot of tangles. This is the only brush I have found that has tamed them and gotten rid of them.

Clinique - Strawberry Fudge - £22

As you can see in the bottom right, I have used the product a lot and it is running on the verge of being all gone. This has to be my favourite eyeshadow duo of all time. The colours are beautiful - the pink has a lovely gold tone to it. I'll be sad once I finish this product up completely!

Estée Lauder - Sumptuos Extreme Mascara - £24

Best mascara! Obviously is in the colour black, but it gives such definition to your lashes and makes them long ten times longer than they actually are! I've been loving this mascara for a little while now! Still coming back to it after trying out lots of different brands.

L'Oreal - Lipstick in 252 - £4.99

This is my go to lipstick at the moment. It's such a wonderful nude, natural colour with just a little bit of shine to it. It's brilliant if you just want to go for the more natural look. It also smells lovely.

Tanya Burr - Eyebrow Palette - £6.99

Such a brilliant little kit. It has all the colours that you could want - I often mix the two on the right hand side to get my perfect colour. I love it as it's so easy to use and you can get really good brow definition.

Carmex - £2.69

This is the best thing for dry lips! It smells amazing too. With added menthol, it moisturises your lips and leaves them feeling soft and smooth. It's the best product that I've found so far to help me out with my dry lips.

Airpure Reed Diffuser - Romance - £9.99

Ever since being away at uni, I have fallen in love with reed diffusers. I love that they make my room smell nice. So of course, I had to have one here at home!! I love the smell of this one, which also has peony, bay leaf and rosewood. It smells very fresh.

From Panic to Power - Lucinda Bassett  - £11.63

I've been struggling a lot recently with panic attacks, so mum bought me this book to help me. It's a really interesting read and although I've not got very far into it yet, I know that I will learn a lot from the book!
